The 47th Annual Labor Day Parade, Picnic & Rally is happening Monday, September 7, 2026 in Wilmington. Your union wants to see everyone come out to show support and recognize the accomplishments of the Labor Movement and the American worker especially in these turbulent economic times.

Come and walk the parade and stay for the food and fun at the rally at Banning Park. Bring your entire family and show them everything that unions have fought to achieve and protect.
